Data used by the application

No BTE account, newsletter, contact-form or payment collection is enabled. The application saves language, product-selection and educational-workspace preferences locally in your browser. Exporting a configuration or demo data creates a file on your device.

Client-section preparation

The private preview includes an account backend. Public registration remains unavailable until a sending service is configured. When enabled, registration uses a username, email address and password; only a salted, server-peppered password verifier is stored. Email-verification and password-reset links are one-use and expire after 24 hours and one hour respectively. Login sessions expire after 12 hours. A signed-in client can access only licences explicitly assigned to that account and its own order history. Rate-limit identifiers are keyed digests; the application does not store raw IP addresses in those records.

The email adapter is prepared for Resend and the payment adapter for Stripe test mode. They are not connected to an active sender or merchant account in this preview. Payment-card details are intended to be entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout, not stored by BTE. Before public operation, the owner must complete the actual sender, merchant, controller contact, service agreements and data-retention information. Account creation does not itself issue a NinjaTrader licence.

Storage and your choices

The language preference uses bte.language; catalogue selection uses bte-product-selection-v1; Profile Lab preferences use bte-lab-v1. Legacy workspace keys bte.boards.v4 and bte.study.v1 may remain from earlier visits. You can clear them through your browser’s site-data controls. See the storage information.

Connection data and providers

Web hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses and request metadata for delivery and protection of the site. Hosting is supplied through ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI using its infrastructure providers. The main page loads rendering libraries from unpkg.com; that connection can disclose IP address and request metadata to the library delivery provider. Exact provider roles, log retention and any international transfers need to be confirmed against the production service agreements before this notice is final.

Enrolled devices

A separate technical API can receive status reports from devices explicitly enrolled by an administrator. Its database stores an opaque device identifier, a token digest, receipt times, BTE/NinjaTrader versions and a diagnostic licence-state label. Ordinary browsing does not enrol a device. This API does not grant licences or collect trades. Before customer devices are enrolled, the purpose, legal basis, retention and customer notice must be finalised for that service.

Rights and contact

Where the GDPR applies, rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, subject to their statutory conditions. A complaint can be lodged with the Czech Data Protection Authority at uoou.gov.cz. The operator’s direct privacy contact must still be added; do not send personal documents through this preview.

The operating model and legal identification for the planned business service are still being resolved. This preview does not provide a completed commercial or privacy notice. Sales and account registration remain unavailable.
